Shipping & Payment Information

SHIPPING

All items are packed in individual gift bags and shipped using USPS Flat Rate Mail. Shipping fees to the United States are: $12 for 1 item, and $3 for each additional item. For international Flat Rate Post there is a surcharge determined on a case-by-case basis. 

If you would your purchase shipped to an address other than your own, just email me with the reference number and let me know the address.

If you would like shipping insurance, there will be a surcharge of $6 per $100 value; please specify if you'd like your purchases insured.

PAYMENT

I accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal, which has proven to be easy, fast, and secure. To pay, simply fill your shopping bag and click "Proceed to Purchase", and you will be redirected to PayPal. They take all major credit cards and alternative payments too. When the process is complete, you'll be returned to the Touchstones site.

SALES TAX

If you are buying as a Missouri, USA resident, I am required to charge an additional 8.6% sales tax. Please check the "Missouri buyer" button above the shopping cart, and the tax will be calculated automatically for you. Tax does not apply to shipping or insurance costs, only to the jewelry itself.

Easy Returns, Exchanges, & Commissions

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

It is important to me that you love your new piece of jewelry, so if there are any problems with your jewelry please feel free to contact me. Any piece of jewelry can be returned within 10 days of receipt for exchange or store credit in the form of a gift certificate. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the pieces, I am not able to offer refunds unless prior arrangements have been made before you place your order.

AVAILABILITY

It is possible that a piece listed on the site could be sold, and that the site has not yet been updated to reflect its sale. In this case, I regret any inconvenience and will refund any payments made for items which are not available.

Before buying, please do not hesitate to contact me personally with any questions about Touchstones. Email works best.

CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

If you would like to commission any custom-made jewelry just email me your details (including your phone number) and I will call you back to discuss your ideas with you. I will need 2/3rd of our agreed price before beginning your commission. Please allow 6 weeks from our agreement to delivery.
